    WORK PLACE ADEQUATE IS DEAD

    We were all told in life to obey the rules. Follow them correctly and never go against the rules or the system. Oh no, you have to ensure you follow everything down to perfection. No whining, no complaining, you must make sure that you follow every authority figure. Or the guidelines of the system. Because the rules are there to protect everyone and ensure everything is correct and secure. And above all follow each step correctly…. well with that I say fuck that! Yes, there are proper things to follow but, when management creates a system that goes from something small that’s not an issue but, it is basic common knowledge. to something that’s extremely convoluted, that’s when you have to look at the company and literally say “what?” and I mean scratch your head type of what. And besides, let’s face it trying to go against the rules that they implant will make you look like the bad guy. The villain. The one who doesn’t know how to deal with the chaos of things. Hell let’s call it as it is being the office slave, the same hamster in the wheel as everyone else. Or in most cases being the one person who doesn’t want to be involved with the toxic workplace. Or just being the one person who exists trying to go on with their day and doing the best they can but, at last…it’s never enough. You try to put more above the bare minimum, you really do. No matter how horrible some people’s lives might be. Some have it worse than others and some don’t really have that many issues, but, at the end of it all, some still put way too much extreme effort regardless of what’s going on, but it still is never enough.


    Especially if the company knows that they enjoy abusing and bleeding their employees dry, even with the innocent ones! Especially with the good innocent workers. Because at the end of it all, work is just a job to get paid, make money, and try to have a stable life. Even in current times, but any toxic company will pinpoint any issue that they will have against the capable employee just to siphon or demolish any parts of them. Because they just want to show up on time and try to get through what needs to be done. follow procedures of their work environment be it sending an email, answering certain calls, working in establishments that require sweeping cleaning, the works. However, companies or management would use any opportunity to put more load on them. Okay yes, granted if your short staff then yes you must, or someone calls off for work whatever personal problem. But the main issue will be that they would have that person do everyone else’s job while you have a coworker that probably doesn’t do anything at all. So…of course, they’re going to say something about it. Like “Hey I’m stuck doing millions of things right now can you have Roger help me for a bit?” and unfortunately, they would see that as an issue. And unfortunately, it falls into major categories, favoritism, toxicity, verbal abuse, and mental exhaustion. favoritism is unfortunately one of them, especially if Roger would try to be the boss kiss ass. Especially if he tries to be on the boss’s good side so they won’t have to do anything, and Roger could use it to his advantage. So, if you decide to use Roger for help, he could use that and make the manager have an issue with you. making it seem that you don’t know how to multitask or implying that you’re trying to slack off and you don’t feel like working. This isn’t the case, you’re just overwhelmed with multiple things, that’s clearly too much and need help. You’re not going to just let someone who isn’t working just going to be lazy, you’re going to make them help you. But, once you speak up and say something about it, all of sudden you’re going to be the one that’s going to get the penalty.


    And now everyone from management, or even the higher-ups looking at you like you’re the one that causes the issue. You’re the one that causes a toxic work environment and makes everyone feel uncomfortable and unsafe. For what? Just to voice your opinion and say we have an issue. I need help. Can we address it? But no, they never want to do that because they make the rules, they say what’s correct for them and don’t hold any accountability for it. They will make sure that you’re the problem and that you’re to blame for what happens. So, if anything they will make sure that the person that’s actually doing the good work would be punished and be a martyr for a company that would say “this is why people don’t put in effort any more. What happened to all the good people?” guess what sherlock you had good people, you had people putting in the work, effort, time, the whole thing! But you were never grateful!!! Like fucking hell! And unfortunately, the person that has to go through that starts to pull back all their energy and just go ahead and give the utmost bare minimum and won’t even feel bad or guilty about it. So, the silent quit is the most accurate thing that’s literally happening nowadays and all honestly jobs know that their workplace has become toxic over time. Hell, some people actually create toxic environments just to cause chaos and drama specifically just for that. And this comes from my own experience as well and I’ve seen it with my own eyes. There’s been plenty of times where management or other coworkers would bring their own personal problems at work just for gossip and drama.


    Most people probably just need someone to talk to. Or at least need some advice for whatever is going on but, nope the company I work for was nothing but gossip and a heavily toxic environment. Especially every time I went to work it was giving high school toxic drama. And the adults acted more like teenagers than adults. Especially if there was something important that I needed done or needed questions for…. every time I called for help or even asked for help…. help was never around. And what’s worse is that I had managers who hated me more for not always following their rules.

    But here’s the thing Their rules and guidelines didn’t make sense, but I sucked up my negative thoughts and emotions and tried to follow orders acting like an idiot and do what they say. But when it shows that they didn’t respect me or had it out for me because I was either good at my job or they felt I wasn’t giving my all. And the funny thing is I actually put in plenty of effort and work when I work for the company. Especially being optimistic, hopeful, full of energy. Even though I have a tad bit of professionalism and a people-pleaser mentality. So, I wanted to give my all for everything and do everything as much as possible and be happy to be acknowledged for what I did would actually brighten my day.

    Make me feel a bit happier in life, hell actually be happy to show up for work. But as time progressed and the workplace became a bit more toxic, I still chose to still be hopeful and continue on but……the more I worked for the company and slowly saw how managers started to become lazy and didn’t put in the effort that they once did. It definitely became noticeable especially if you had a question about something, or if you needed a quick answer for something they would ignore whatever question you have, or they tell “I’m busy right now so find me later.” But when later finally arrives they still dodge your question. Or hit you with “come back to me in 20 or 30 minutes.” And again, when that situation happens again, they’ll try to avoid you. Or in most cases that happened to me they left for the day and you’re already thinking “what the fuck!” But yet management does not care about their employees at all. They enjoy preaching to me if you have any questions or problems that you have, we’re always here for you.


    Which is the biggest lie throughout workplace history. Especially since the beginning of the workplace they always make sure to put on a fake mask to give people false security and sincerity, making people believe that your job has your best interests. And that’s when they enjoy chaining people down or having them acting like a puppet. Since they made sure that people fall into a false comfort thinking that all they must do is listen to their words and everything happy and wonderful. But as the years change and progress companies start to show their true colors more.


    And They would enjoy having no empathy for continuing to use people as puppets, they would rather dehumanize people and treat them as robots feeding the machine. Of a never-ending cycle that can become exhausting very quickly. Management would rather treat people less than because to them people are easily replaceable so let’s keep using people until we drain them completely and replace them with someone else. And as you continue to live through the ups and downs of life between…whatever conflict going on in the world you notice that the more you are with a company for a certain time period, they’ll just see people as pawns in a game of chess. And if you don’t make yourself a valuable pawn then guess what you’re worthless! So that’s when they’ll do anything possible to make you quit. Or have them find devious ways just to terminate you wrongly. And well all know that is harassment!! And it’s the fact that management takes so much joy and pleasure to do something that heinous just to watch people crumble and be torn to shreds. Because they don’t have compassion. They know and are completely aware of the extreme mount they lack, because to them it means absolutely nothing to them. You got a family situation? don’t care! You had an emergency? Don’t care! You don’t feel well and have a high temp? DON’T CARE!…… THEY DON’T CARE THEY DON’T CARE THEY JUST DON’T CARE…..and it’s the sad fact that since this has become what it has become today….it just shows that there has been a extreme decline in history of empathy, compassion, remorse, logic, understanding,…….it just shows that any company you work for will just dehumanize anyone and consider them less than nothing…..and no person wants to be consider less than. Especially at a place that is just a job at the end of the day. The job is not your home, not your playground. It’s just a place to work and that is all it should be. If you make friends at work and y’all can actually hangout of work and know how to keep work and personal life separate that’s a bonus but, never let a workplace make you feel less then. Never sacrifice yourself for a job that won’t acknowledge your work, your efforts, the hours you put in, because in their mind they see all the potential that your fully capable of and that’s when they start considering you to be a valuable object.


    Because in their mind they only consider you a machine, a robot … .and this where human nature becomes extremely disgusting because they will literally find people that’s sweet, caring, nice…. the ones that never complain, never miss a day of work, always be polite to anyone. They always have work on their mind and will be ready to follow every rule, procedures, guideline, I mean everything!!! In reality he/she is consider their favorite. But, not in a good way, like an employee that they should respect correctly. They’re the favorite because they use them as a puppet. They want to make sure that they can control them as much as possible. Because since they can do everything for us; we’re going to control and molded them into an example how people should be…… Telling people this how we expect you to work for us we want you to continue acting like a slave for our own benefit. We want to make sure that we treat you like an object, and this is the proper way to it work for us. And they will continue with things like this and it’s completely deplorable, and it’s sad that they would do that and call it a job well done. And the worst thing is that a person’s mentality breaks, and it would eat them alive completely because at this point, they gave so much to them and not themselves because, God forbid they want to take some time to themselves and have a little break. Hr. or management would try to sneak a way where they would make their favorite “object” push back their days or see if they can still work on the same days that you requested even though they would absolutely rather be off for once and not have it to be focus just for work. But unfortunately, they’re going to start feeling guilty. Start making themselves feel like they need to put more effort into work. They’re going to start having everything just be about work. They’re not going to focus on themselves anymore because the company decided to make sure that they implant any small mind games just to have them put their job above anything else. And it will become worse over time because they became so dedicated to their job that they would actually have them stay stuck and stagnant at their job until God how knows especially since people have unfortunately start dying at work.

    Which already says how bad that gotten, hearing different stories from the news and social media. It just proves more and more that companies would not care if you lived or die as long your able to still move and do as they say. And that’s the only thing they will really care about. And I’ve seen that with my own eyes, and I worked for a grocery and let me tell you…both the company and the store itself is and was a complete nightmare.

    At the start of working there it definitely had a level of professionalism that showed that they respected everyone and treats people all the same. Now looking back on this … .and it definitely shows that the company I used to work for really didn’t have any morals or certain logic when it comes to people. They spend most of their time trying to either downplay people or make sure that their favorites have their backs when certain things happen. And God they care so much about favorites and being lazy. Even when in a certain situation that calls for a level of decency and discreteness you will not find it all in that store. That store always preached about following rules that’s there to protect them but that actually protects “you”! That word is either completely true or it can become poison immediately.


    I’ve seen people that actually have situations where they needed management to back them up and never to be seen or will lie in your face, because working in retail you have to make sure that you have a strong backbone and mentally strong when dealing with customers and management because, management will turn their backs on you in an instant and would make it seems like it’s your fault. And when there are customers involved that would really mentally drain you quickly. Even when you confront your manager about it, they will act like that never happened or have no clue what you’re talking about. And that already screams toxic management and I’ve been around toxic people, and I cannot stand them especially when they abuse their power and not do their job correctly. Like this one manager, I knew he was an okay person, he was nice, okay to be around, to chat with to actually feel like you want to rely on him. But things took an interesting turn when he got promoted and……somehow his character changed in an instant that will make you question them. Because once he got the promotion, he did a complete 180 degree, when there was a person there for an interview because the hr hiring person was off that day and other managers could interview people, and yes, they could also reschedule the interview as well but, it was more the fact that he thought about doing the interview. But….it was more the fact that he didn’t feel like it and shrugged it off. Me and my other coworkers saw this and we just questioned his professionalism. Like you just got promoted and you’re already brushing things off immediately even toward hiring someone. This person showed up on time and was prepared for the interview and instead of thinking in a professional stance and think “I’ll just reschedule them for now since I’m still busy and the person to hire people isn’t here so let’s just make things easier and change it.” Instead, he said, “Nah I don’t feel like it. have them come back tomorrow”. And we’re just standing there like okay well you just chose to be lazy right now. After that…… things went downhill quickly because his character and work ethnicity changed and there was a point where he belittled me because I started at 2 and I was on my way to the front to clock in but him and another manger I knew at the time I would call him Satan because that man thrives on acting like a dictator and being horribly toxic towards people that do what they need to do or the fact they already know what they need to do so, they do their best and just try to get on with their day but he would hold over their heads of using his position and he would be verbally abusive using certain words and tones of saying “I don’t care what you were doing when I call you, you will show up and respond to anything I say or do I’m your boss and you’ll do as I say.” And the thing was I wasn’t even clocked in or even started my shift, and he immediately starts calling me over the intercom and by the time I got a chance to clock in and head to the front he was waiting at the service desk like a angry parent already disappointed in something you didn’t even do yet.


    So he pulls me to the side with the other manager and they really try to play into my face and emotions that I’m not showing up on time and that I take a whole hour to punch in. but….the funny thing about their stupidity is that there were people that actually come an hour later and won’t even do their job. But yet they wanted to cause me emotional distress just for them to find something to complain about. One in my mind I wanted to break down and cry, but then……there was a part of me that said FUCK THAT! I could already tell they were on extreme bullshit. Granted I did want to curse them out and just fuck it I quit but when you know that you are not the issue, and that people will find ways to make you look like the problem. That shows they will cause so much chaos just to put it on someone else and I made sure that I will never rely on toxic management or any manager that says they have your best interest but will turn on you quickly. That’s just a complete nope for me. Now if you do find a manager that you are okay with, and they don’t cause you any harm or trouble and both you know that if it’s work-related they’re going to know what needs to be done and know that you’re actually doing what needs to be done. Then they will make sure they know who to rely on and not to rely on. But…. toxic management will rely on their favorites that don’t do anything. But overlook people that actually do what they need, treat work like work, and be done. But people just love to dump tasks that were given to them to have someone else do it and take the claim for. But God forbids that you see through their bullshit and be like “Yeah, no!” and toxic management will attack you because you said no. and to them, they feel that a defiant attitude, even though it really is.
    But it’s more on the principles of standing your ground because if you don’t stand up for yourself and stand your ground, they will think they can walk all over you and expect you to act like a robot and just do as they command but, no! fuck no, toxic work-place has been doing this for the longest and as history showed us is to never give yourself or die for a company that will never have your best interest. Because over the work of working in any field companies always have rules that say “Let us treat everyone with respect.” “Let’s make our work environment happy and wholesome so that everyone else’s day is good.” “Let’s make sure we deliver positivity and help grow a brighter future.” But that’s just the thing how the hell you preach about perfect work ethic and stay away from drama. When everyone inside is the cause of that, they don’t follow what they preach. And that has become the most annoying bullshit in the workplace. And let’s also be honest here, a good majority of people don’t want to work, but with the rest, it’s more towards that workplaces have become more toxic over time, and nobody has the mental capacity to deal with that anymore. Once you’ve been surrounded by it so much that it makes your skin crawl and you don’t even want to put in time or energy into a place that will use you instead of working with you. And many companies and I’m talking about multi-billion-dollar companies will make sure they will break you mentally.

    And it makes you feel like discarded trash and with that, you’re annoyed within yourself. You’re left with many things; wondering what the hell is going on? But the company will just shrug it away. Thanks for helping and thanks for being our punching bag as we strip you of feeling like a human…. but we don’t need any more see ya! With no ounce of remorse. Not saying everything needs to be tinted with rose-shaped glasses, nothing but rainbows and happiness. But more on the structure of treating people as human beings. Not robots or by-products but as people that have the same flesh and bones as everyone else. Because once you become mentally exhausted and drained you just feel like an empty shell of a body just drifting through the numbness and it’s not a fun ride. Even if you try to keep it together and have it not destroy you more and more, making your mind feel like a giant smoke cloud and it’s just eating you more and more on the inside and all of that will weigh you down. And let me tell you ladies and gentlemen burnt-out is a giant bitch.


    Oh, I can you all the time when burnt-out will make you feel like a zombie. All that time and energy you’re giving to the company they’ll continue to take and take and take as much as possible. And you as a person will just start to lose yourself. Lack of sleep! No motivation! It just becomes more and more of a spiral into your mental health and the capacity of your mind it Just makes you feel like you are drowning more and more from being that exhausted drowning in an endless sea of toxicity from having parts of your mind being stripped away more and more as time progresses. And let’s be honest, as you go through the mental exhaustion from work, they’ll continue to break you down more and more. But once you finally decided to say I had enough and I’m not putting up with this anymore. Then they fear that you will make people think the same and realize how toxic the environment is and people want to go against it. Now unfortunately they consider you a threat! The troublemaker, the rebel. And they have to ensure their flock doesn’t follow the same steps because one little problem is bad for them. So, what do they do? They have to make sure they turn them into a martyr for the greater good of their own needs. Instead of realizing that they embellish a hostile environment and knowing they need to take accountability. But at last, they refuse to do so. But one thing is for sure when companies decide to single out or get rid of the person that’s considered toxic, they manage to actually show their true colors especially when they preach so much about their ethnic and policy. and, yet they still manage to go against and ignore the same policy that they want their beloved flock to follow. And with that their crack of their “professionalism” shows how much a façade they carry. Enjoying the fact, they lie to their employees at any chance they get. Rather treat humans as objects and won’t show them any respect. Making sure that someone has to be the fall guy to make sure them and their favorites won’t have to deal with the repercussions. But, in this glorious new age people are finally finding their voice and finally speak against it. Say no more to any of it. Because you continue to work for people or places that will never care about your well-being and actually remember that it’s just a job! And there are a lot of people who actually work in something they enjoy and love but, even they remember to still treat someone like a human and not dim them as anything else.

    And that’s something companies need to remember. And I learn completely to never give or sacrifice a part of yourself for any job. Because many people and myself included understand the do’s and don’ts of work. But mostly when you put your all into what you do, and you basically show that you’re not trying to do what everyone else does. And trust me, never let them bleed you dry or lie continuously in your face.


    Because they know they’re insulting people, intelligence makes them believe they care about them. Or that they respect people and their safety. But, more and more over time you hear the same thing. The same bullshit each time and let’s face it, definitely becoming sadder and more pathetic each passing time. And watching their true human nature unfolds goes from being sad to extremely hilarious. Just to see them crumble under their own demise is a wakeup call that big companies and toxic environments are in need of a drastic change. And if they don’t finally see the error of how much destruction has cost and how much it hurts people that’s basically trying to stay under the radar and be avoidant of it. At the cost of it people don’t want to deal with it now or in the foreseeable future. Because they choose to crush people under the patriarchy of what they created. Believing that people are that beneath them that they wouldn’t even try to consider them a human. Just a single ant in the colony and they want people to only respond with; “yes, no, of course.” Or “I’m here to listen and obey all the rules you give me.” That isn’t a way to live! How to treat people! And that isn’t something to be tolerated in the workplace either.

    When it comes down to it’s about equal give and take of respect.
    Which leads to society continuously lying to people that respect is given. No! It’s earned! Forcing someone to submit because you want to run things like a dictator. You’re just bullying them to have them respect you out of fear and hate. But when you actually respect someone, and they respect you equality and showing teamwork and willpower is what a healthy work environment looks like. Not by fear, hierarchy, or mental games! But actual genuine respect and we as a society need to remember that. We need to remember that it’s okay to go against the rules that aren’t being led correctly. And the more we become silent about it the more work environments won’t change for the better and it will lead to more chaotic destruction. And it would show that society has given up.


    And we would rather turn a blind eye to it all, and we shouldn’t. Why allow yourselves to think that it’s okay to work like this? Why do we allow our mental peace to be harassed by people or environments that would rather break the human spirit instead of uplifting it instead. Well, I say I rather follow martyrs or extreme supreme leaders before me that would rather be hated to make sure that they express how they feel and that they would never stand for the detest action of this world. Because if we don’t say anything now then it will be all for nothing. And I refuse to standby and continue to happen. And with how companies are acting now with what’s going on in the world and refuse to acknowledge raising pay or any ounce of human decency. Then let our voices be heard because we won’t be silent anymore.
